DOORWAY SUPPORT
Doorway is an educational app: short videos from licensed clinicians, lessons that end in a badge, public gatherings, and a public directory of clinicians. It is education, not treatment, and it is not a crisis service.
IF YOU ARE IN DANGER
This test app is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number now. Inside the app, the Help button at the top of every screen opens crisis lines for your region, and works without an account and without a connection.
QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS
Write to admin@balkecc.com. Say which tab you were on, what you tapped just before, and which iPhone model you use. A screenshot helps. We read every message; this address is for questions about the app, not for urgent help.
If you are testing a pre-release build through TestFlight, you can also send a screenshot and a note from inside the app: take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
- To delete your account in the app: Profile, then Settings, then “Delete my account”. The account closes at once and your data is removed after 14 days; signing back in within those 14 days keeps it.
- To delete your account without the app: write to admin@balkecc.com from the email address you signed in with, and we will do the same.
- The privacy policy explains what the app collects and why.
