BACKROOM SUPPORT
Backroom for iPhone and iPad is a tool for clinicians and the staff of their practice: today's visits, the client list and the week's schedule, from the practice's own Backroom. It is not for clients and it is not an emergency service. If a client is in danger, follow your practice's emergency procedure.
QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS
Write to admin@balkecc.com. Say which screen you were on, what you tapped just before, the time it happened, and which iPhone or iPad model you use. Do not put a client's name or any detail from a client's record in your message; describe the screen instead. If something shows the wrong client, say so and we will treat it as urgent.
If you are testing a pre-release build through TestFlight, you can also send a screenshot and a note from inside the app: take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback. The test build shows an invented practice; nothing you type in it reaches us, and nothing in it is a real person.
ACCESS AND YOUR DATA
- Your practice's administrator grants and removes access. To have your practitioner profile deleted, ask your practice or write to admin@balkecc.com.
- Clients' records belong to the practice. Requests about them go to the practice.
- The privacy policy explains what the app receives and what your practice's Backroom records about your use of it.
