RELAY SUPPORT
Relay is the learner app for a twelve-week program that helps clinicians move into UX research, product management, behavioral data science or customer success. It is a learning program: it records where learners land and guarantees no outcome. It is not a health or crisis service.
QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS
Write to admin@balkecc.com. Say which screen you were on, what you tapped just before, and which iPhone model you use. A screenshot helps. Questions about an assignment, a grade or a gate decision go to your instructor first; the program office can reach them through this address too.
If you are testing a pre-release build through TestFlight, you can also send a screenshot and a note from inside the app: take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback. The test build carries an invented cohort; nothing you type in it reaches us.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
- To withdraw an application or have your account, hand-ins and progress deleted, write to admin@balkecc.com from the email address you applied or signed in with.
- Badges are tied to your account for good and cannot be sold, given away or moved. Their public-ledger records hold no personal data and stay.
- The privacy policy explains what the app collects and why.
